Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services, if you, the traveler, are not at fault and have not caused or requested the cancellation, you will be refunded 100%.
Requested cancellations of confirmed bookings, outside of the cancellation window can result in penalties and fees assessed by travel suppliers. If you need to transfer or cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, cancellation fees will be assessed. Air is 100% nonrefundable once paid in full. If canceled prior to being paid in full, the following cancellation fees will also apply to flights specifically.
- More than 90 days prior to departure: a nonrefundable deposit will be retained.
- 90 – 16 days prior to departure: 40% of land or cruise price.
- 15 – 1 day prior to departure: 75% of land or cruise price.
- Day of departure and after: 100% of land or cruise price.
